ā¬ļøThe Kon āMaiā Method ā¬ļø
is my lazier version of the Kon Mari Method that I had a series on my YouTube Channel about a few years ago. My house was a MESS at the time and the first 4 tips I shared in this video were simply not enough for a clutter mountain that had grown SO BIG. I needed a full reset of my home and the Kon Mari Method at the time still felt like more than I could personally handle. The Kon āMAIā method just simplified it and took out the whole ābrings joyā aspect. The quick recap if you donāt have time:
1. Pile ALL clothes on bed (that way you canāt even go to sleep till youāre done lol)
2. Have keep, donate, and sell bins
3. If you canāt remember the last time you wore it, If it doesnāt fit, or you can just admit you donāt need it then declutter
4. Organize/put everything away. This is also motivation to declutter cause the more you declutter the less there is to put away
5. Follow 1 in 1 out rule so the clutter doesnāt grow again!

After I wear and wash an item I place it in front of everything in that category. If it was a T-shirt, then that one goes to the front of all the T-shirts.
When I need to declutter I look at everything at the back of each section, and it makes it easier to get rid of things I know I won’t wear.
90 days doesnāt work if you are in the child bearing season of your life š Thereās early pregnant, really pregnant, postpartum, sort of postpartum, back to regular body. I am so many sizes these days š 2 kids in 3 years and planning to have at least a couple more.
But what if I only like to wear black shirts š…
Please stop buying!!!! You don’t need to go into debt to have massive amounts of things you don’t even like enough to remove they tags!!
Thr 90 day thing won’t work cuz I live in canada and sometimes you just can’t wear the cute top you got because its a blizzard outside š
